NHS Scotland leads the way in 'New World care

Leading into no smoking day Andy Kerr MSP opened the Change convention at the Glasgow SECC with a dynamic presentation on the priorities and progress which had been made in Scotland by the NHS. His presentation ended with an upbeat video of the changes and improvements which have been made over the past few years.
